Player profile update form
We really need to update the player profiles on the site.  I know that getting a form to you all is difficult, so I thought I would make it easier for you, management, and myself.   Please fill out the form below.  The items marked with * are not optional, which means I have to have this information.  The other fields are optional, but are very helpful to give our member group an insight into who the players are. 

You will need the CONFIRMATION CODE entered so I know that you are actually a Viper.  The Confirmation code will be going out in a text to you from management....  Just to keep the pranking to a minimum, I will call you to verify your information if I feel that you were not the one that filled out your profile.
